Yoga can be intimidating. But we aren’t like most studios. Our desire is that you’d find Wild Peace the moment you walk in our doors. We encourage our students to come just as they are. All our instructors are trained to offer modifications to any level - from the first timer, to the highly advanced.

When to arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class begins. From there, we ask that you remove your shoes and place your belongings in the cubbies provided in the lobby. Front doors will be locked prior to class starting.

What to bring?

A yoga mat, a water bottle and an open heart. If you don’t own a mat or forget your water, we have you covered. We kindly ask that cell phones are kept out of our yoga space in the lobby to help both you and our other students free from distraction. We recommend wearing comfortable, tighter fitting clothing and bare feet.

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

In order to guarantee your spot, we highly suggest pre-registering for your class online.

What is a good class to start with?

All of our classes are accessible to all levels; however, if you are less familiar with yoga poses, we recommend starting with a Slow Flow or Restorative class.

What if I’m still not sure?
